{ Simple Stately Fall Front Porch

Whoa what a whirlwind week it was! From exploding water tanks, dog bee bites, vertigo episode & so on..BUT you know what's been great..the coziest weekend ever! It's been low 60s here in Michigan with no humidity & just super cool! The fall breeze definitely is here & you all know what that means- fall decor splashed inside & outside of our little cottage! Although, since going through the mortgage process { again } & still finding nothing I'm trying to be content with the cottage because honestly I love this home!!! I got everything done Saturday around the house & decided to step outside & literally enjoy the super cool air & while doing so I had to style our front porch a bit....

I wanted something both fall but Labor Day - ish too! I also wanted to keep with the stately look of the house, so that's what I did!! I also was craving something different than the usual heirloom pumpkins galore, wood tones or just classic orange & green pumpkin decor! My job is to inspire with new classic ideas..Hope you love this!

I used two huge blue heirloom pumpkins & mixed in some mini faux white ones! I kept the flag as the backdrop & added a green bench as the seating option!

Since it gets windy here in Michigan during our fall days I decided to incorporate two vintage crates to add security & texture to the space! I used some pillows & filled the bottom with some neutral cream pumpkins!

I hope you liked this Labor Day fall front porch! I'll be sharing another look soon, but I wanted to give a different idea first!
