Thursday's are my busy days typically & today is no different!! I have errands, doctor appointment, laundry, blog obligations & little things in between! I had a lot going on today & instead of twiddling my fingers sore in anxiety, I decided on a whim to freshen up our living room fireplace mantel. I wanted a vibrant classic warm sitting area with bold punches of color & vintage items..again, New England style if you will!!! I love the bright vintage green with the burnt oranges, reds & yellow tones!! The white backdrop of the paint make everything pop!! I added vintage books for warmth & the gold leaf writing on them added charm as well.
I love this magazine baskets from @homegoods ! It's the perfect size, texture & look!!
I added the numbers for that effortlessly vintage cottage feel, with a hint of whimsy whimsical vibes!!
