{ Mixed Metal Spring Fireplace Mantel }

Ohhhh Monday our list is a mile long today..but I'm thankful we got a lot of house stuff done yesterday { Sunday} while our Michigan weather wasn't freezing!! Today, however is still a busy one due to having a huge bolt stuck in my brand new tire..thankfully Mark put a warranty on them & we got it for $35 instead of $300.00 !!..Small wins pals
. & thankfully I spotted it while washing it & not driving!! #yikes ! Anyways,  I ended up moving the living room around a bit, clearing stuff out & then of course I had to restyle..so today I'm sharing our spring living room fireplace using mixed metals!! Keeping this post short as I have a to pick up the Jeep, chiropractor appointment,  blog, dog nails & another vehicle appointment!!.. Come see this comfy space......

I'm really into mixing brass, copper & galvanized this season!! I know older decor books frown upon it, but honestly it's so comfy & whimsical- TRY IT!! I used some pots I had laying around,  faux plants & vintage goods for this mantel!

I mentioned via my Instagram HERE that I didn't think I used this piece  in here before, but I think I may have for  a split second! Looks completely different against the fresh white walls though..The height,  rustic spring charm are all a love of mine!

Fun little fact, I shopped all weekend & didn't find anything!! So, I shopped our house..minus this new $1 ivy garland that I'm obsessed with!

The vintage hamper I moved, replaced the coffee table, added art work & this is exactly the refresh I needed! Touches of galvanized,  copper tin candles & brass planters add the whimsical feel...I'll share a night pic with the string lights on..it all has me dreaming of summer garden nights !

With every space I liked the add vintage/ antiques goods in for that extra cozy factor.  I added this vintage fishing pole that was my gramps & a watering can with a hint of whimsy gold leaf!!

I hope you loved this spring living room look with using goods you have at home & mixing metals  for a whimsical garden look!
What's your go- to spring decor/ looks you're loving this year?
