{ Cozy Styled Cottage Christmas Cabinet }

Hey everyone & happy Friday!! I hope your week has been filled with everything lovely & festive as the holidays are coming to an end.. This year I have something I would like to confess to you guys...I feel like I've cheated you on Christmas post..I really do & I'm sorry!! This season just seemed to fly by for some reason & I'm starting to realize what my parents always said " cherish the small things because when you're older they go so fast". SO T R U E.. Ugh, I already have a hard time with change so this something that is hard to chew on as well, especially because I love the holidays SO MUCH! Today I thought I would share another area in our upper living room that I styled & never shared...I also will be adding to our 2017 Holiday Home Tour HERE!

One of these days I'll get around to cleaning & styling the inside of this cabinet...for now we use it for storage of extra goods & random frames + greenery!

I picked up the "Merry Christmas" garland from @HomeGoods & the silver garland I'm not quite sure..I went with all cool icy tones in our upper level , so these two things matched perfectly for the icy whimsical cottage vibe our upper level has going on this year!! The cabinet was a makeover for under $10 HERE

This green stitch Christmas tree pillow is also from HomeGoods & I picked up two..The 4.5ft flocked tree is from Walmart! I love this little space in our upper living room! You can see our warm Christmas lower level HERE

Are you feeling behind this Christmas? What do you think about this space? I think Christmas needs to start Nov. 1st hahah so we can have more holiday time hehe! Wishing you all a lovely Friday & start to our holiday weekend..I'll have a new VLOG up soon on my  YOUTUBE VLOG CHANNEL

Happy Friday!

{ Simple Cozy Christmas Kitchen Decor +VLOG }

Oh heyyyy Sunday & everyone haha! I hope your weekend was amazing & festive. We had a little get together Friday, Saturday worked on some home stuff & enjoyed time with out niece at the light-fest while sipping on some yummy milkshakes..pretty perfect Saturday if your ask me!! Today I'm sharing another cozy space in our home that I always decorate for Christmas but honestly just have been so busy I forgot to post earlier for inspiration!!! It's one of those spots that most people wouldn't think to decorate much but for me noooo space is safe from Christmas decor ha! I'm also sharing a more in depth look on my new vlog --> VLOG Channel
This is something new, but I figured it would be nice to show people how a blogger styles a space the practical way/ behind the scenes etc.. It's nothing fancy but it's real & I HOPE you'll subscribe.. Anyways come check out this cozy little spruced up Christmas space below..

As I said on my vlog channel, most of my blog post are things that stay like they are photographed & aren't just "staged" but things like the stool & glass milk bottles were for photos & I LOVE that I can share that with you guys/ "behind the scenes". I've branded myself on being a Practical Home Blogger & I hope you all appreciate that..with all the other staged ones I'm among.

I love these trees on the side of our sink & just added some thrifty plastic silver bulbs & a cute - Merry Christmas - sign! See the vlog for how I hung it etc..

I know I'll get this question at least once.." Why leave your cleaning supplies out"? I love Mrs. Meyers & I honestly like the Christmas packaging & we use them daily!

I love the simple rustic cottagey look with still being functional but with a bit of Christmas warmth & cheer!!

The rustic greenery sign was a DIY long ago that I never blogged. It's soo imperfect but old as well that it had that vintage chipped looked & I love it hanging here! You guys know I love my signs & this little charming tin one was perfect & freee!

What do you guys think about the kitchen decorated for Christmas? Do you decorate your kitchen counters or kitchen window ledge? Be sure to check the VLOG out too..Let me know what you guys think about all of this!!!

Happy Monday!

{ Whimsical Country Cottage Holiday Home Tour }

Hey everyone & welcome to my most favorite time of the year..OUR HOLIDAY HOME TOUR!!! I've been mentioning for the last week or so about this & I'm so excited to finally share each room in this post!! As always I do posts of each room then I combine the highlights from each space & it becomes our Holiday Home Tour! I will leave direct links to each space below the rooms for more pictures & sources of each room etc.. I must say this year I struggled with a theme,but after I got going I knew exactly what I wanted it to look like..A fun & festive whimsical country cottage!!! I used tons of galvanized items, flocked goods & green & greys! I love the icy whimsical feel those combined goods gave the house with the exception of our lower level that I warmed up with reds & greys!! Well here I am rambling again..Come see the full tour below!!

{ Whimsical Country Cottage Christmas Living Room }

Well helloooo everyone & welcome back!! Today is room #5 on my Christmas room tour & I'm so excited for you to cozy in & come see this space..This weekend we utilized this space sooo much & it felt amazing!! We are so busy that the weekends are our sanctuary along with this little spot { our upper living room }. I mentioned via my Instagram that during December we tend to leave all the lights on, not to waste energy but because Christmas comes & goes so fast we like to enjoy them & that is just what we did alll Sunday!! It was super cozy/ magical & I just hope I caught at least a glimpse of that twinkle & warmth from this space on camera for you guys!! I think I'll have our FULL Holiday Home Tour up by Wednesday or Thursday ..I'll also be doing two bonus spaces for you guys..Stay tuned folks..P.S. 15 days until Christmas..HOW?!!

Just like most of my designs these white & grey plaid pillows were a last minute idea that lead me into this theme haha! I lucked out after waking up on Sunday at noon with awesome light & got right to work! I think I was feeling extra inspired from Frankenmuth the night before & still hyped up on the pounds of chocolate haha!

This space exceeded my expectations this year...which is hard because this room is super long & big! I think I accomplished making it cozy & warm with neutrals & pinches of whimsical flares like the gold beaded light garland, wood pieces & flocked tree!

I bought those simple tree pillows from HomeGoods a few months back & knew I wanted to incorporate grey & white with them..a super neutral whimsical cottage Christmas..Crazy how things come together!

You can see in some of the pictures I used the black tag candle that smells like Abercrombie & Fitch, & then the glass white mason jars with the little vintage style Cracker Barrel bottle..Reason? I got bored & I used up all of that candle hahaha

Side Note: I'll be posting night pictures via my Instagram & Facebook so be sure you're following { top right of page blog }

The chalkboard fit in perfectly with this year's flocked tree, textures, creamy white candles & splashes of green magic! The simplest Christmas decor, but I must say my FAV for this room in the 5 years we've been here.

I really hope you guys liked this space!!! You can check our  last year's Christmas Living room HERE & be sure to scroll back & see the first 4 spaces on the blog!!!

Happy Tuesday!
